Release Notes for V21.14

Audience Builder

New Field in Audience Builder Shows Most Recent Email Client

In the Email Builder section of Audience Builder, a new option will be visible in the opens and clicks sections called “Email Client”. This field allows users to target by the email client (browser) used for the last open/click.

Query Dates for Form Builder Sites Expanded to 12 months

In the Form Builder Site’s skittle, users now have the ability to choose dates up to 12 months in the past. Previously, only the past 3 months were selectable in the UI.

Data Loader

Ability to Archive Webhooks

The ability to archive a Webhook has now been added. Archiving a Webhook makes it inactive and removes it from the search screen results. When a Webhook is in an archived or inactive status, it will not be able to receive data. “Archived” Webhooks can still be searched for and accessed by using the available search filters. If the Webhook needs to be be activated again it can also be restored.

Group Unmapped Values at the Bottom of the List

For features where new unmapped values are automatically added to the template, such as Webhooks, the unmapped values are now grouped alphabetically at the bottom of the list. This change was added to allow for more efficient usage of the “copy down” feature (little black down-arrow) for new values.

Email Builder

Deployment Content Version Defaults to HTML

The content version for deployments will now be set to HTML by default.

Recurring Series to Support Configurable Month Selection

When creating a recurring series, if a user selects the monthly option, they can now select during which months the series should recur. This will allow users to create bi-monthly recurring series.

Form Builder

Form Builder Now Accepts Orders for Free Trials

Form Builder will now be able to capture a free trial order. A free trial is determined by collecting a zero dollar order with auto renewal turned on and credit card fields captured. The credit card will be authorized but not charged and the associated token will be retained. These orders will then be picked up in the normal auto renewal process to be charged using the retained credit card token.

Spanish and French Hosted PCI Credit Card Field Labels Now Available

When the language is set to Spanish or French on the form setup, the labels on the Hosted PCI card number and CVV are changed to the following:
Spanish card number: Número de tarjeta
Spanish CVV: Valor de verificación de la tarjeta
French card number: Numéro de carte
French CVV: Valeur de vérification de la carte

Odyssey

Ability to Modify Voyage Owner

Users can now change the owner of a voyage from the ellipsis menu on the voyage canvas. This will allow users to change the user who receives error messages and to change the user defaulted as tester and seed for emails within the voyage.

Olytics

Ability to Create Olytics Behaviors and Tags for External Users

External users with Olytics access will now be able to create their own Olytics Behaviors and Tags from the Olytics Integrations screen.

Metering UI Updates to Reflect New Authorize Functions

The metering configuration tab will now be updated to reflect the new authorize functions. These functions can be used on Form Builder forms and third party forms to authorize visitors to bypass the meter after they’ve submitted the form. This allows for added flexibility when using an Omeda Form Builder form because forms built around behaviors or other non-product attributes can now be used within meters.

Web Services / API

The Save Customer and Order API Now Accepts Orders for Free Trials

Save customer and order will now be able to capture a free trial order. A free trial is determined by collecting a zero dollar order with the AutoRenewalCode set to 5 and credit card fields captured. The credit card will be authorized but not charged and the associated token will be retained. These orders will then be picked up in the normal auto renewal process to be charged using the retained credit card token.
